Rosario, Argentina, 14 jun (PL) El aniversario 79 del nacimiento del comandante argentino-cubano Ernesto Ché será recordado hoy en esta ciudad, donde se anunciará el lanzamiento de una convocatoria mundial para celebrar los 80 años del legendario guerrillero. El homenaje se realizará en el estadio del Club Sportivo América de esta localidad, a 310 kilómetros de Buenos Aires, con la presencia de sus hijos Aleida y Camilo.

De igual forma participan en el acto el general cubano Harry Villegas (Pombo), compañero de lucha del Ché, y Carlos “Calica”.

Argentina remembers the birth of Ché

Rosario, Argentina, 14 jun (PL)

The 79th anniversary of the birth of the Argentinean-Cuban commander Ernesto Che Guevara will be remembered today in this city, where the launching of a world-wide call will announce the celebration of the 80 years of the legendary guerrilla.
