Bernie Sanders and Friends Plan to Cut Fossil Fuel Subsidies

<div class='node-body'><p>Today, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.), Bill McKibben of 350.org, Brent Blackwelder of Friends of the Earth and Ryan Alexander of Taxpayers for Common Sense will announce legislation aimed at eliminating all subsidies for fossil fuel production.</p>
<p>The bill would cut $113 billion in subsidies to the coal, oil and gas lobby over the next 10 years.</p></div><div class="field field-type-filefield field-field-news-hp-image">
