Keith Ellison (D-Minn.), Bill McKibben of 350.org, Brent Blackwelder of Friends of the Earth and Ryan Alexander of Taxpayers for Common Sense will announce legislation aimed at eliminating all subsidies for fossil fuel production.</p>
