Developing: Egyptian High Court Rules Former Mubarak Minister Can Compete for Presidency

<div class='node-body'><p>The Egyptian Supreme Constitutional Court ruled on Thursday that a law that would have barred ousted&nbsp;president Hosni Mubarak&#39;s last premier Ahmed Shafiq from standing in this weekend&#39;s presidential election is unconstitutional, a decision that immediately caused outrage among those who had contested Shafiq&#39;s right to run for office.</p>
