Hosni Mubarak Given Life Term for Protester Deaths

<div class='node-body'><p>Hosni Mubarak, former Egyptian President, has been convicted of involvement in the murder of protesters during the Egyptian uprising last year, which saw the end of Mubarak&#39;s 30 year reign.</p>
<p>Mubarak has been sentenced to life in prison along with his former interior minister Habib al-Adly.</p>
<p>However, corruption charges against Mubarak&#39;s sons, Alaa and Gamal, have been dropped.</p>
