...[J]ust as the U.S. failed to pressure Israel over the death of Furkan Dogan, they failed to pressure Israel over the returning of property, like electronic equipment, to American citizens who had also taken part in the flotilla. While this narrative is by now well-known, the documents show conclusively how the U.S. treats its citizens who challenge the Israeli government’s rule over Palestinians.

Why such extreme secrecy? To hide war crimes. Period. Placing Brennan at CIA serves one purpose only, to magnify and attach greater significance to Obama’s military doctrine: in addition to drones (and assassination) the greater emphasis on paramilitary operations, Obama + Brennan = the doctrine and practice of permanent war.
On March 8, rogue senators approved John Brennan. They did so 63 - 34. He's new CIA chief. Voting followed Rand Paul's filibuster. After 13 hours, he caved.

Now control of government is narrowly concentrated at the peak of the income scale, while the large majority “down below” has been virtually disenfranchised. The current political-economic system is a form of plutocracy, diverging sharply from democracy, if by that concept we mean political arrangements in which policy is significantly influenced by the public will.

The incessant demand for capital, coupled with the collapse of major industries in the United States and the decline of unions, led to a predominately uneducated workforce, comprised primarily of minorities, who were unemployed with marginal skills beyond heavy industrial labor training. This vacuum of highly skilled laborers and the demand for more complex skills created a manufactured human surplus which inevitably led to social instability, leading the state to increase the prison population and begin privatizing the prison system.
Rogue leaders overstep. They never quit. Tyranny in America is hardwired. Bush authorized it for eight years. Obama exceeds his worst policies. He masquerades as people friendly.
She's connected to America's rich and powerful. Months before Washington's 2003 Iraq war, she promoted it on air. She had no business doing so. American society reflects consumption and competition. Oprah's solutions represent it. So does her background.

If world leaders were judged by the sheer volume of corporate media vitriol and misinformation about their policies, Chávez would be in a class of his own...In reporting Chávez's death, little had changed.

According to the Obama administration, the president has the right to assassinate American citizens within the United States, without charges or any legal process. This claim, contained in a letter from Attorney General Eric Holder, constitutes the most far-reaching abrogation of constitutional rights and is aimed at establishing the pseudo-legal framework for military rule.
Throughout his tenure, he ignored the best, brightest, most honorable and well qualified. He chose cabinet and other top picks he should have spurned.
AIPAC operates lawlessly. It's an unregistered foreign agent. It prioritizes militancy, war, occupation harshness, apartheid, racist hate, and Israel uber alles.

For the first time on record, hundreds of students are raising their voices against the renaming of their school’s football stadium. [Florida Atlantic University] decided to sell the stadium’s naming rights to Geo Group, a notorious private prison corporation, and students are saying, “Hell no.” Their efforts signal something even more significant than pushing back against the inviolate prerogatives of a school’s football program. It’s a high-profile sign of the growing movement against our system of mass incarceration otherwise known as “the New Jim Crow.”
AIPAC supports war, occupation, exploitation and dominance. It deplores peace, equity and justice. It's contemptuous of fundamental human rights. It believes Jews are God's chosen people. It thinks Arabs are subhumans. It favors eliminating them altogether. War is its instrument of choice.

Permanent war is official US policy. Bipartisan complicity supports it. Doing so violates international, constitutional and US statute laws.
