Major Design Flaws Uncovered at Calif. Nuclear Plant; Watchdog Groups Petition for Closure

<div class='node-body'><p>Federal regulators have announced this week that major design flaws were the leading cause of a malfunction and radiation leak at California&#39;s San Onofre nuclear power plant in January. Nuclear Watchdog groups are now calling on officials to keep the reactors shut down.</p>
