In Moscow, Tens of Thousands Take to Street to Decry Putin Rule

<div class='node-body'><p>A day after Russian authorities ordered several raids on the homes of opposition leaders, a rally drew tens of thousands to the streets of Moscow to protest the third term of President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.</p>
