Dear Sir/Madam,

I am emailing on behalf of my Mom and my younger sister who has special needs.

My Mom has been a long time advocate and activist for many people and now requires assistance. They live in housing provided by the City of Peterborough. The rent is slightly below market value and it is not based on geared to income.
The block foundation needs to be repaired and as a result water/moisture has caused mould to form in the basement. They can`t turn the heat on because the mould spores would spread. The house may be tore down and we are trying to save the house and a place for them to live. I am hoping that people may be able to donate their time, emails, letters, phonecalls or whatever they can to help my Mom fix the house.

If anyone out there can assist or provide information it would be greatly appreciated.
