Egyptians Tense as Presidential Vote Results Emerge
<div class='node-body'><p>Final and official results for the first round of Egyptian presidential elections will not be announced until Tuesday, but preliminary results emerged Friday showing three candidates -- from an original field of thirteen -- were the top vote getters. Once the tally is official, the top two finishers will compete in a run-off election in June.</p>
