This year IWA Days of Action coincided with May Day. On May 1 and the days immediately
preceding it, various actions were held by IWA sections around the globe. The following
are a few of the reported actions. ---- Argentina ---- Members of FORA held May Day
rallies in a few cities such as Buenos Aires, Neuquen, Rosario and in the Andes region.

Yesterday a new Nottingham campaign http://nottingham.indymedia.org/articles/5642 was
begun to demand that Framework, a local homelessness and housing charity, stops using
mandatory work placements from the Job Centre. Everyone can get involved.

There comes a point where you either fight back or you make peace with being a slave. I
can’t make peace with being a slave, so I have to fight back. I am sick of smirking tea
party republicans, I am sick of bosses who treat free working people like servants; I am
sick of being forced to pay more while people who are filthy rich pay little or nothing.

Summer Anarchist Reading Group : Over the past several weeks a comrade has been running a
