While cooperating with police, Dr. Keene was found to be a victim of the crime of fraud. Instead of charging the fraud perpetrators, police subjected Professor Keene to kidnapping, false arrest and imprisonment, extortion and apparent robbery of his jewelry property. This "system" of police plunder has now taken everything from Dr. Keene, including his passport, money, jewelry property and land title, leaving him as "prisoner of nature island".
