<p> The Rohingya are an oppressed, stateless Muslim people from Burma. The Burmese military have long oppressed Rohingyas and have committed ethnic cleansing to prevent the creation of a Rohingyan state. In order to avoid further persecution, many have take a risky boat journey to Australia. This forum will look at why. 12:30pm. RMIT Student Union meeting room, Building 8, RMIT (opposite gym).
