DISRUPT THE CANADIAN PACIFIC OLYMPIC SPIRIT TRAIN!!

The Spirit Train is an Olympic Propaganda machine spreading the Olympic ideals of capitalist colonialism across Turtle Island. The train is launched on Sept. 21, 2008 by Canadian Pacific Railway (which has historically and currently played a critical role in the colonization and usurpation of indigenous lands) and VANOC (Vancouver Organizing Committee for 2010). We are calling for and encouraging protests and actions to disrupt the 'Spirit Train' as it stops across cities across Canada.

Rally Point in Port Moody: 1pm-2pm meet at the West Coast Express station at 65 Williams St.

RALLY POINT IN VANCOUVER: Meet in Victory Square Park (Hastings & Cambie) 12 noon to depart as a group. We will be car pooling and boarding the #160 POCO STN VIA BARNET HWY bus. Bus fare will be provided at Victory Square Park.

The #160 POCO STN VIA BARNET HWY arrives every 30 minutes and stops along Hastings at Cambie, Main, Commercial, & Nanaimo. Stop at SAINT JOHNS ST. AT WILLIAMS ST. in Port Moody and walk 1 block down Williams to the station. The bus trip takes aprox. 40 minutes. If you can help with carpooling, please contact us below!
