Saturday december 1st, 2007 at 2PM at the corner of Kent and Cote-des-Neiges (CDN metro, bus 165 North) - On december 1st 2005 at 7h20AM, officers Bernier and Roy of station 25 killed Mohamed Anas Bennis with two bullets, one right in his heart. We still don't know why because on november 4, 2006, the prosecutor James Rondeau decided that there would be no charges laid against the officers involved in Anas' death. The minister of Public Security of Quebec Jacques Dupuis has refused to give access to the video tapes and the police reports and he also refused to open a public inquiry into this killing, as was asked by the family and other organisations
